lo limpio, amplio y tranquilo del lugar y sus alrededores, buena conectividad con transporte público, la cama cómoda y limpia igualmente. Buena calefaccion en pieza, para el otoño o invierno. Es como estar en casa ya que tienen de todo para una estancia hogareña. Ideal para familias pequeñas.
Tenía un olor muy particular (como a algún producto de limpieza quizás) que al inicio no era tan agradable pero después uno se acostumbra y no se siente y calefacción del living no funcionaba, pero no hacía falta así que no se avisó.

Було дуже просторо і з балкону видно дерева. Рушники були дуже приємні і великі і було 3 штуки, також на кухні було багато приладдя для готування. Хороший вайфай, працювати було зручно. Тихий район і дуже тиха вулиця, приємні сусіди. А і класна праска і пральна машинка із засобом для прання, за що окреме дякую.
Запах старих меблів по квартирі і запах цвілі з деяких шухлядок на кухні.

La casa è molto funzionale,con tutte le comodità che si hanno nelle proprie abitazione.la cucina è a induzione.alla macchina da caffè c'erano anche le capsule.l'apertura del portone e dell'appartamento è tramite app.i
ristoranti che ci ha consigliato sono stati ottimi per qualità e prezzo.la metro è vicinissima per andare a visitare le bellezze di Roma.io lo consiglio vivamente.grazie
Tutto perfetto per quanto mi riguarda.forse lo scarico del bagno andrebbe modernizzato.giusto per evitare gli sprechi di acqua

La amplitud y disposición de los ambientes. La ubicación en un primer piso. La cercanía al metro.
Que no solucionaran el mal funcionamiento de la pava eléctrica y de la cafetera.
