It was horrible both the owner and booking platform in term of managing this situation
We were group of 7 and booked the place almost month in advance, and I checked with the owner the day before about checking in and got positive feedback. But on the same day of check in the owner overbooked the property with a higher price to other tenants and we had to find other place in the last moment with triple price on the mountain without car and support while the alternative offered from owner is “10 minutes by car” but 40 minutes walking, for us without a car and with full equipment and luggage for a 2 day ski trip.

The center bedroom was extremely warm. We could not cool it off. Could not get the shower to function.

Bad value for money
Location: Placed in the center of Cervinia, close to basically everything (bars, restaurants, shops, ski rentals etc and Plan Torrette ski lift)
Well, that's a lot to say about this, but I will resume to just a few things: 1. The apartment is not even close to "newly modern" (if you ask me maybe it was about 20 yrs ago); only modern thing are the windows, toilet and the shower, that's it; 2. Bed mattresses are old and very uncomfortable; 3. The apartment is more like 53 sqm rather then 83 sqm rated in the add;

Location and host.
It was not 83m², not even half it felt. The bathroom was 2m² including wc, shower and sink... The kitchen was not even big enough to stand in it!

Nice place with a good location and very friendly and helpful manager (Aldo)!
Aldo (the manager of the property) was extremely helpful. He was always responsive to queries and also goes out of his way to assist in any requests!
Only has one toilet which requires some planning for usage if there is a large group of guests staying there.

it’s written 83m2, i can say it’s maximum half of it. “Newly modern apartment” - it’s newly already 40years with changed chinese shower and few new tiles.
