Great location and more than adequate accomodation.

Location is excellent - in the center and close to the station. Accommodation is basic and exactly what I expected - a comfortable bed, good shower, effective heating and a good kitchen - TV was a challenge but the supplied Chrome cast allowed me to watch my own things from my phone.

Not much - maybe the couch has seen better days - but with a throw and a pillow its great to chill on.

Тихое,спокойное место,мы были зимой,очень красиво,было много снега,есть где погулять.

Для двоих человек это жильё подходит хорошо,в кухне есть всё необходимое,большая ванная комната,телевизор,хорошая терасса с мебелью. Рядом парковка.

Много мелочей которые необходимы:некуда повешать куртку,пальто;некуда повешать мокрую одежду;в ванной комнате некуда повешать полотенце;в комнате нет зеркала.

De locatie was uitstekend.

We konden de studio pas betreden om 17u30 ipv 16uur. De studio werd ook niet proper gekuist. De vloer was niet proper, aan de onderkant van de wc bril hing haar. Het vuilbakje van het toilet was niet geledigd, de wc borstel had geen steel. Het stopcontact in de badkamer hing los( best gevaarlijk) de vaatwasser was niet geledigd en de tafel was ook niet proper.

De ligging: dicht aan het Lac des Doyards. Alle nodige voorzieningen waren er: keuken, tv, tweepersoonsbed, terras, …

Aan de voorzijde zijn ze een nieuw gebouwen aan het bouwen, waardoor het zicht wat minder aantrekkelijk is.

Je recommande. De plus, endroit parfait pour les randos faciles (Ravel) ou plus aventureuses.

Communication aisée avec notre hôte, facilité d'accès et situé à 4 min à pied de la gare. Comme le logement n'a pas de vue directe sur le lac (c'est juste sur le côté), il y a moins de voisins bruyants qui restent dans les logements plus éloignés et crient dans leur jardin. C'est bien insonorisé, nous avons à peine remarqué le voisin du dessus. De plus, il y a un balcon où nous avons pu profité parce qu'il est ensoleillé. Le logement a toutes les commodités nécessaires pour un court séjour.

Même si nous avons pu profité du logement 1h plus tôt, nous aurions préféré que le ménage soit mieux fait (capsule de bière laissée par terre, cheveux sur la porte de la salle de bain, la terrasse n'a pas non plus été nettoyée). Il n'y avait pas de savon pour les mains dans la salle de bain et dans la cuisine ni de shampoing.

Heel gezellig om met twee een weekendje weg te gaan en leuke wandelingetjes te maken met veel opties voor te eten.

De ligging

In de badkamer viel de wc-rol houder bijna uit de muur en ook in de badkamer het stopcontact zat niet vast in de muur.

La région, la situation du studio, l'équipement, les explications claires pour l'obtention de la clé, le souci du propriétaire pour savoir si nous étions bien installés, la disposition et la propreté du studio ainsi que tout le matériel impeccable mis a notre disposition.

Perfecte studio voor een weekendje Ardennen

De ligging was perfect. Hele mooie vijver in de buurt voor gezellige wandelingen. De studio heeft alles was je nodig hebt. Overdag waren we buiten en in de avond zaten we gezellig voor de tv. Er is een bakker en supermarkten in de buurt. Een tip dat ik meegeef: loop niet met je stokbrood langs het vijvertje. De agressieve ganzen blijven je achtervolgen totdat je je brood afgeeft. Ik heb moeten lopen voor mijn leven 🤣😅 De host heeft via berichten goede instructies gegeven waardoor het in en uitchecken heel gemakkelijk verliep.

Echt een mini minpuntje. Omdat we in de winter hier verbleven hebben we gemerkt dat er aan de voordeur en terrasdeuren wat tocht binnen kwam. De warmte van de verwarming ging daardoor verloren.

Goede locatie, maar apartment zelf viel wat tegen

De locatie was prachtig. Het meer in de buurt is heerlijk rustgevend en perfect om ’s ochtends rond te joggen. Wel oppassen voor de eenden, want sommige kunnen wat agressief zijn.😄 Wat het appartement betreft, was het superhandig dat er een kluisje voor de sleutel was. Zo kon je aankomen wanneer het jou het beste uitkwam. Het appartement zelf was ook netjes. En de gratis parking is zeker ook een pluspunt. Het personeel zelf was ook heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

De faciliteiten vielen erg tegen. Om te beginnen waren de stoelen kapot; het zitgedeelte kwam er letterlijk af, waardoor je goed moest opletten bij het gaan zitten om je niet te bezeren. Daarnaast lag er een oude en vieze spons om de afwas mee te doen. In de badkamer was de houder van de wc-borstel vuil en bruin, en de handdoekhouder vertoonde roest.
