De locatie is adembenemend, de bouwstijl subliem en de ruimte royaal. De open haard nodigt uit tot lange avonden. De ontvangst was hartelijk en de uitleg helder. Een fijne eerste indruk, ware het niet dat het linnenpakket handdoeken miste. Een klein detail, maar onhandig na een lange rit. De ligging is prachtig, midden in de natuur.
Echter, het huis ligt pal naast Center Parcs. Doordeweeks wellicht een oase van rust, maar in het weekend verandert de omgeving in een luidruchtig vakantiepark. De serene rust maakt plaats voor het geluid van feestvierende groepen. Kortom, een fantastische locatie en een prachtig huis met potentie voor rust. Doordeweeks en met eigen handdoeken dan. In het weekend krijg je de ongevraagde soundtrack van Center Parcs erbij. Een… interessante ervaring.
