great location. few minutes walk from baker st station, Santander bikes and bus routes. also close to lots of places to eat. Comfortable and clean. Good level of equipment in kitchen.
two large doubles with smaller en-suite double room off one of the larger bedrooms.
premium price but flat needs a bit of diy - hall door taped up, patch on ceiling taped up, shower controller missing grub screw to hold it on - nothing to spoil stay but makes it look less quality.

Easy access to the tube.
Excellent kitchen.
Beds very comfortable.
Nice courtyard.
The electrics were a slight problem, lights tripping out.
