The space
The house is arranged over four floors and designed for comfortable family living and entertaining
On the ground floor is a large open-plan kitchen and dining space, centred around a chef’s kitchen with high-end appliances, a boiling water tap and an espresso machine with grinder for fresh coffee. The dining area seats eight and includes a gas fireplace, with a separate guest WC on this floor
The lower ground floor features a generous master suite with a super king bed, open-plan en-suite bathroom (bath, shower and separate WC), and patio doors opening directly onto the garden. There is also a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer
On the first floor is a relaxed sitting room with comfortable seating, a log-burning fireplace and TV, along with a separate study that can be closed off for quiet work and includes a sofa bed. A small balcony overlooks the garden
The second floor has three further double bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower
The mature 25m south-facing garden is a standout feature, accessed from multiple levels of the house. It includes a patio with outdoor dining for eight, a Green Egg barbecue, a lawned area, and a hot tub tucked away at the far end
We provide high-quality cotton bed linen, duvets and towels, and include a cleaner twice weekly. The house is centrally heated with individual room temperature control throughout
Guest access
Guests will have sole access to the house and garden.
Access to the property is via a digital lock. A code will be provided ahead of arrival
Street parking can be arranged for £10 per day and must be booked in advance.
Other things to note
CHECK IN & OUT times: we need at least 4 hours to get the house ready for you. However, if we don't have a back to back booking, then these can be flexible. Please check with us in advance.
MINIMUM STAY: this is usually 5days in the winter/spring but during the summer we give priority to holiday requests of 1-4 weeks.
