what I loved about the property is that it was so convenient and central to all of the locations that we had wanted to hit on our short vacation in New York City.
what I didn’t like about the property, was the inconvenience of the elevators. There were so many floors, and so many stops along the way to get from the top floors to the lobby. They did have a Bellman and the convenience of calling in prior, but there was still a way to get from the top floor to the bottom floor.

The location is absolutely great, the room was very specious and the view - magnificent- worth the extra dollars. The shower was a little on the small side, but other than that - will absolutely check back in asap.
The shower was a little small, a bigger lobby could have been better. The view from the upper floors is great, a bar on the room for view and relaxing could have been nice.

Very friendly staff it was clean. The rooms are small, but that’s to be expected in New York. They upgraded us to a room with an incredible view, so that was really a bonus. All staff was very attentive and all of our needs were met.

Just the location and the staff
The rooms are tiny, the housekeeping took my shopping bag with new clothes, they denied and the front desk had to pay for it!
Also they didn’t clean the bathroom or the room properly.
The bathroom is uncomfortable, the door can’t close completely.
