Where do I start with the ABSOLUTELY DREAMY GEM of a place! This was charming, very spacious, extra clean, with a VIEW THAT IS BEYOND STUNNING! PERFECT SUNSETS! Pool was fantastic! But the real bonus, was the host Themis. I can't even tell you how incredible he was. He provided concierge service, and was so helpful as we navigated our plans in Santorini. He also makes a wonderful super fresh breakfast every day! I have stayed in luxury hotels, this place was authentically wonderful, and beautiful. Ill be dreaming of the stay until next time...

I was so well looked after by Themis. I was met from the taxi and escorted to the accommodation. He was so helpful with information about the area, activities etc too. This family operate a very special business, offering a real connection with the island. Breakfasts were awesome with everything home made, including juices, jams and bread. Thanks for a superb stay and a truly personalised service !!
The only slight improvement would have been to have somewhere sunny and out of the wind, that was private, to relax and soak up the sun. The terrace at the front was lovely but not big enough to sunbathe and the top terrace was too exposed to passersby

The location was simply outstanding, with breathtaking views of the caldera and easy access to nearby attractions such as Skaros Rock and Fira town, both within walking distance. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the incredible concierge, Themis. From the moment we booked, he was in touch, helping us plan tours, organise a private car hire, and make the most of our limited time on the island. His local knowledge was exceptional — from restaurant recommendations to insider tips on timings and common tourist pitfalls, everything he suggested worked perfectly.
Themis went far beyond what one would expect from a concierge. He was honest, reliable, and genuinely cared about ensuring our experience was perfect, even assisting us outside regular hours when needed. In all our travels, he has been the best concierge we’ve ever come across, and we’re truly grateful for his warmth and professionalism.
Breakfast each morning was also excellent — served on time, made with fresh local produce, and full of authentic, homemade touches. It really added to the charm of the stay.
We left extremely happy and thankful for Themis’s efforts. Unfortunately, in the rush of our departure, we forgot to gift him the wine we had brought for him — something we realised only later. If he happens to read this, we hope he accepts our sincere apologies and heartfelt thanks instead.
Overall, Spitia Tzitzi was one of our most memorable stays — a perfect combination of stunning views, exceptional service, and genuine hospitality. We would recommend it without hesitation to anyone visiting Santorini.
Honestly, everything was excellent. The only small suggestion I would make — more as a personal preference than a complaint — is that the inner bedroom could perhaps have a small fan or extra ventilation option available. Since the air conditioning mainly covers the living area, the bedroom felt a little warm for me, but that’s probably because I’m more acclimatised to cooler climates. I had mentioned this before leaving as a minor suggestion to make an already wonderful stay even better.

Everything was amazing, and the wonderful experience started as soon as we met Themis. He is truly exceptional and the best host of our 6 weeks Europe trip. He provided plenty of handy tips, places to go (and where not to go!) and things to see. Breakfast was superb.
We had wonderful conversations with both Themis and Maria and were made to feel welcome and comfortable. The place has incredible views and we loved sitting on the balcony surrounded by some of the best views in Santorini.
Thanks for an incredible stay Themis and Maria.
It had to come to an end and we had to leave :(
