House just like the listing said. Close to everything with the new road that leads to Teaster Lane. Dollywood just about three miles away. Open Kitchen and dining room, enough seating for a family of six (recliner, love seat with two rockers or recliners and a couch. More than I expected. And yes I would stay here again!Thanks so much for the stay!

The location was fantastic being close to Dollywood and Teaster Lane to avoid traffic. The house was nice as well. We had plenty of room for the 4 of us without using the sleeper sofa. There is a notice to conserve water to avoid running the well dry as it could take 24 hours to refill but we had no problems showering and washing laundry. The smell from the sulfur water was evident but wouldn’t deter us from booking again as the location is valuable and the smell was tolerable. We will be staying again. Thanks!

The property was cute and close to everything. Really clean except for outside seating areas. Things to note: if you aren't used to the sulfur water smell, this is not for you. It was very strong. Also, if you are planning on people using the couch, the bathrooms are both in the bedrooms so that is inconvenient.

House was easy to find and SO close to Dollywood. The perfect location for our weekend getaway. Upon checking in- we were pleased with how spacious the house was. It’s larger than it looks online so we were happy about that! House was clean and we had an enjoyable stay. There was a broken shelf in the bathroom upon arrival but nothing major. The water is sulfur but we knew that upon booking and it didn’t bother us! Overall- we loved this place and would book again. Great price for what you get.
