There are 3 bedrooms furnished with queen size beds and 32-inch flat screen Television. The 4th bedroom offers a set of bunk beds, 32-inch flat screen Television, and Pac-Man game with seating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the chalet and had a wonderful time here! The location was perfect with just a short drive to all attractions. The chalet was very clean and very comfortable for our family of 7. The beds were comfy too, and each bedroom has a TV and that's a plus! Communication with the host was great! After leaving Dollywood we all saw a bear, which was very exciting for all of us! The only problem we had was with the Keurig coffee maker clogging up and blowing coffee grounds out. It may need to be replaced or just given a good cleaning with a Keurig cleaner. Other than that the chalet was perfect for us and we would definitely stay here again!

Check in was easy and the host stayed in contact in the upcoming days before our trip to make everything go smoothly. The house was nice with a decent layout and well functioning air conditioning. Plenty of space, dishes, cookware, towels, and blankets for 7 of us. We did notice some areas of the house could be cleaned better. There were cobwebs, trash under the beds, and the hot tub felt slimy but overall nothing too terrible. Located close to all of the attractions. Overall a good experience!
