The place was great. Very quiet.
The vacuum is broken. Doesn't suck, my kids spilt cereal. But the broom worked.

A place to sleep!
We had several serious issues at the start of our stay, including an open back door, a strong odor, and bedding and hot tub items that did not appear clean. Although the owners were polite and sent a cleaning crew, and the cabin was much better when we returned, the experience was still disappointing. The listing was also misleading about the amenities, as it only included one Dollywood ticket and the rest of the family had to purchase their own, and the arcade was just one machine. We are still waiting on resolution for a deposit that was collected directly by the owners instead of through Booking.com, along with the first-night refund.
The beautiful swan was put on the beds for the second night.
