About this house rental
Villa of 400m2 perfectly located between the lake and the ocean for 12 people. Entrance into a beautiful Balinese style garden with heated swimming pool (open from 15 June to 15 September). On the right a small Balinese house, double bed (140x190cm) with storage, shower room with sink and WC.
In the villa, large living room with bay window, dining room with kitchen area, central island, opening, by glass doors, on the terrace. Independent WC. On the west side, 2 double bedrooms (140x200cm and 160x200cm), one of which has a terrace opening onto a small garden (games area) + separate WC. Italian shower room with double washbasin and WC. Upstairs, a large corridor with wardrobe, double bedroom with storage, double bedroom (200x200cm) with storage overlooking the pool and double bedroom (160x200cm), storage and terrace. Bathroom and shower, with double washbasin and separate WC. Laundry and gym of 50m². The ocean and its shops are accessible by car or by bike (cycle paths) at 3km, the golf course, the lake and at 4km, the surf schools and the shops. In order to preserve the quietness of the neighbourhood, parties, evenings, wedding/baptism celebrations are not allowed in this accommodation. Animals are not allowed. REF 06000

Localisation à 10 mn en voiture de l'océan. Beaux espaces et terrasse très agréable. Piscine un peu petite. Les chambres sont aussi un peu petites par rapport aux espaces communs.
La villa vise plutôt des groupes d'amis qu'un groupe familial avec des enfants. Le barbecue est un peu sommaire pour la taille de la villa.
Le quartier est un peu baroque (camping au bout de la rue et la maison d'à côté abrite une ferraillerie).
Gestion des déchets en été par la municipalité déficiente, attention aux groupes nombreux.

Très bon emplacement, au calme. Extérieurs et terrasse splendides ! Logement très bien équipé, très grand et surtout très élégant !
