A clean and comfortable top-floor apartment which is so convenient for Plaza Mayor and the city’s historical centre. Easy parking nearby.

The location of the apartment and layout are fantastic. Pros: large dining table, comfortable seating in living room, large rooms, comfortable bed, balcony that gets morning sun. The apt is quiet, almost no street noise and minimal noise (ie just voices) from neighbours. Cons: we were two people. If you are four people, be aware that the bathroom is off the bedroom so those sleeping in the living room would have to go through the bedroom to use the bathroom. Also there is no stove in the kitchen, just a 2 burner cooktop. And there is a unpleasant odour from the shower drain. Our contact, Ana, was great. She responded immediately to the one problem we had and was friendly and helpful during the arrival process.

Great location but during fiestas noise is constant. Not only from the Plaza Mayor events but young people have some kind of meetings in the passage way to the plaza. Closing windows helps however it doesn’t eliminate the noise. Smell from the bathroom is pretty strong & it gets to the bedroom.
