Location and commodities of the apartment. It’s a stone throw away from Plaza Mayor and there are dozens of cafes, restaurants and shops at your door. The kitchen is fully equipped (only missed kitchen towels) and the small veranda is nice.
The mattress on the bed - it sinks when you lay down. Also, being located in the center, we heard noise from people talking, singing, shouting - late in the evening and early in the morning - because the windows do not fully isolate sounds. Communications with the manager were non existent- tried to call to solve an issue with the key and got voice mail. Otherwise, just received automated messages with instructions…

La ubicación es lo mejor, las instalaciones están muy bien , es cómodo y tiene lo suficiente para una corta estancia, lo recomiendo en general sin que nadie piense que es un 5 estrellas
Había polvo sobre el armario y mueble TV, que por cierto no tenía señal de canales y fue inservible

La ubicación es excelente. El apartamento es pequeño pero muy bonito. Y es cómodo.
La limpieza. Había zonas como el balcón que estaba muy sucio. Las camas cómodas pero pequeñas para 4 adultos. El microondas estaba bastante sucio. Las toallas muy usadas y desgastadas, alguna incluso con un agujero. Falta de atención con las dudas y problemas que surgen en la casa.

La ubicación
Falta de limpieza, televisión sin sintonizar, obras en los apartamentos de al lado. En Salamanca como en muchas partes, se vacía de vecinos y todo se convierte en apartamentos turísticos
