    I personally loved it. Right in the middle of everything at time square and to bad if a walk to a lot of the venues. Was only a few minutes to walk down to the empire State building and a minute or less to time square.

    A convenient location in midtown near Times Square. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean and large enough to open our large suitcase fully for unpacking and packing. The bed is also high off the floor in order to store suitcases during your stay. While there can be a lot of people at breakfast, there was never a very long wait during our stay. I'd gladly stay again!

    We had a terrible experience with this hotel. From the time of check in staff were rude and unhelpful everything seemed to be a bother. We raised an issue on our second day to try and get resolved, was not taken seriously and nothing was done as requested. Since check out after 5 days have been trying to get resolved with the hotel saying they can’t assist as we booked through a third party, after doing what they said and having the third party contact them, they are now ignoring and not responding. We were impacted by NYC airport groundings and over 600 flights cancelled and due to this could not check in on our first night, hotel is showing no compassion or care and despite many requests refusing even a partial refund. Would never stay at this hotel again.
