This holiday complex is located by the sea, surrounded by greenery and just 200 metres from the little harbour in the village.
In the typical Mediterranean garden of the holiday complex there are a pergola, grill, children’s playground and a swimming pool with hydromassage.
It is a new and the only hotel complex on the island, which was built with regard to the environment and in the typical style of the island. For this reason, the following was taken into consideration when building the residential complex: use of natural materials, solar panels for the hot water supply, installation of a water purification system, production of drinking water by removing bacteria with UV rays, use of ecofriendly and organic cleaning products. The island of Marettimo requires an environmentally conscious and ecofriendly tourism, so as not to endanger the already fragile balance between human habitation and nature.
Further services: diving courses and equipment, guides for donkey trips, trips with typical boats driven by local sailors, trolling on boats with experienced guides (equipment provided), rental of canoes and parasols. You can get from Trapani to Marettimo by hydrofoil or ferry. It must be noted, however, that crossings can be problematic in bad weather.
The flat is located on the ground floor, a few steps from the sea. It is surrounded by a garden and the veranda has a partial side view of the sea.
It consists of 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, a large living room with a fully equipped open kitchen, a dining table for 4 persons and a sofa (sofa bed), a bathroom, an ante-bathroom with a second washbasin.
The veranda outside is equipped with a dining table for 4 persons as well as two deck chairs.
The flat overlooks an avenue with a garden just a few steps from the sea
The beach is about 100 m away and can be reached by steps. A wooden jetty facilitates access to the sea. The village/town centre with restaurants and supermarkets is about 300 m away. Nearby are footpaths for walks along the coast or in the mountains as well as boat and donkey rides.
