About 6 km from the town, Casa Armonia is a villa located in the western part of the island, in an oasis of peace and tranquility; it enjoys a splendid panoramic view of the Punta Sottile lighthouse and the island of Marettimo and its splendid sunsets.
Recently renovated, the villa, covered with the typical Favignanese white tuff, consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom (and an outdoor shower), a kitchen / living room and a large equipped veranda where you can eat and have breakfast.
Villa renovated in 2019 with all comforts: wi-fi internet, satellite TV, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, capsule coffee machine, induction burners, mosquito nets on windows and French doors, outdoor shower with hot water, sun loungers.
Large veranda and a beautiful volcanic stone garden, succulents and palm trees, with sunbathing area.
Independent entrance with convenient parking for cars and scooters.
In the evening, even in August, the temperature drops enough also thanks to the ever-present wind and the proximity to the sea that allows to overcome artificial conditioning (in any case, the house is equipped with fans) thanks also to the mosquito nets that allow you to sleep at Open windows.
The house is located in Contrada Spissi, near the Approdo di Ulisse village, in a quiet and peaceful area, excellent for those seeking maximum relaxation on vacation.
Located in the wildest areas of the island, ideal for walking or cycling, admire the sunset during an aperitif in the numerous kiosks in the area.
It is a few hundred meters from the beautiful Cala Rotonda and from the other hidden coves between Cala grande and Punta Sottile and from Cala Pozzo to Punta dei Faraglioni.
In the opposite part of the island the famous Cala Rossa, Cala Azzurra and Lido Burrone, reachable in 10-15 minutes.
At about 200 meters there is the bus stop, a service that is always active in summer and covers the whole island; in any case, given the distance from the center, it is advisable to rent scooters, electric bikes or cars that you can comfortably rent in the numerous rentals that you find in the village at a discounted price (notify when booking).
