The living area was very spacious and the property was very clean.
There wasn’t a lot of equipment in the kitchen.

It was very good spacious and clean
I didn't like the fact there wasn't a bin in the caravan and not enough pots to cook with and there wasn't any sharp cutlery

The walk to fantasy island and Skegness was lovely. Also both only a short drive away. The inflatable park was great for my son, he loved it. We enjoyed the holiday, weather was fantastic. The shower was good, you have to switch the boiler on for hot water.
Communication, there was none, no code sent or anything to get in. Someone on site had to help us. Not the cleanest I've stayed in but not the worst. Needs a deep clean and upgrading. Pride should be taken when renting out caravans to customers. We took our own bedding, as I wouldn't use the ones provided, again, not the cleanest. The double mattress was uncomfortable, stained, and smelt of urine. The whole caravan needs some TLC. And the step needs fixing outside and the toilet that's constantly running.
