It was very good spacious and clean
I didn't like the fact there wasn't a bin in the caravan and not enough pots to cook with and there wasn't any sharp cutlery

Good location for Butlins to get day passes and only a short bus ride away from Skegness. The caravan was lovely and confortable with decking table/chairs to sit outside.
Needs a swimming pool - large waste land in front of caravan site unsightly.

The location is good
The lock on the outside gate to the property was broken, so this wasn't ideal with a toddler and unsafe.
The door to the caravan was very difficult to unlock and lock with the key and we struggled to get in and out!
There was a leak from the vent in the kitchen and we came back to puddles on the floor.
The plumbing isn't great and the caravan is outdated.
I did notify the owner and she offered to send maintenance out, but as we were leaving the following day, we thought it best for them to come once we left..
Hopefully these minor issues have been rectified
