the restaurant and the breakfast was mor or less good
all the rooms had an electrical problem, no sockets or lighting... we had a baby who needed temperate food during the night and it was impossible to recharge the mobile phones... do you think he would compensate us reasonably for that? not at all, only answer, you had heating and a bed, what more do you want? more in the evening, we were burned in the 2nd degree by the shower. Couldn't easily adjust the flow of hot and cold water, and when we finally got there, if someone else took water, we got boiling water all over us and given the size of the shower ( 80*80), impossible to avoid the jet...burn on a part of the body...not to mention that the shower is so small in the room with a sink...compared to the price of 190€ for one of the rooms with 3 beds, and even 120€ for the other 2 to avoid urgently despite a decent dinner we were in another part of the adjoining hotel and really not in relation to the asking price. We asked the manager for a discount who didn't want to hear it. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone else

The breakfast is very good and the service overall was great. the building is old but the rooms are clean and the beds are really confortable. The location is perfect, It is very close to Monschau!

the door key holes is too big. everyone can see inside the room. less privacy. bathroom too small and lamp was defect.

If you are on a bike, beware of Navi directions: it’s up a very steep hill from Monschau. Bathroom is small and dated
