Cozy stay in Monschau
Everything was great! The location is perfect, it is just couple of minutes to get into the centre, very comfortable room and the bathroom. The breakfast lounge was great and the breakfast itself was enough to start the day. We really liked the morning post at the breakfast with weather information, some tips and sudoku. It is cool!:)
We don't really like when there are two beds and they are all the time going apart, the mattresses were a bit too soft but for one night or is not a problem! We still slept very well.

Waitress making fun of an older customer by repeating his words thinking that the customer doesn’t hear or understand. This customer may be old but he hears and understands perfectly. Please some respect to all customers.

Friendly, clean, but in desperate need of some touchups

In need of a renovation. The paint is flaking off the ceiling the pool, at least two out of 6(?) pool chairs had some kind of defect, the false ceiling in the bathroom had such big gaps in between it, i could see the duct work, dent in the bathroom wall, leaky shower head, etc. Every individual item is small, but all of them together left me a little disappointed for a 4-star hotel.
