Location was perfect! Place was very clean and well kept. The price was unbeatable! Having laundry facilities was a major plus!

Great location. Easy walk to beach if you head to Coligny club house path. Nice quiet residential area. Pool was so relaxing. Parking was free!
Really needs some deep cleaning/repairs. Such great potential. Cleaners missed several floor areas & hand towel in kitchen had popcorn kernels on it. Never had such limited supplies in a condo rental. Only salt & pepper. No coffee/tea or spices.

We enjoyed the comfortable condo, the great hot tub/pool and convenient Shipyard location. We still enjoy Hudson's - since '82.
Could use an elevator (still worth the steps).
Could use a K cup coffee maker (the coffee maker provided was fine)
