This two-bedroom, two-bath retreat is designed for comfort and privacy. The spacious primary suite features a king bed, serene lagoon views, and a private ensuite bath. The guest bedroom offers a king bed and its own ensuite bath as well, making it ideal for couples or families traveling together. An in-unit washer and dryer add everyday convenience, while WiFi and streaming TV provide easy entertainment after a day outdoors.
Step onto your private porch overlooking the peaceful lagoon and enjoy the beauty of the Lowcountry. Keep an eye out for native wildlife, including wading birds and even the occasional alligator, as you sip your morning coffee or unwind in the evening breeze.

This unit was gorgeous. It was so clean and had everything you could possibly need. We had a quick mom daughter get away and it was the perfect place. We love Shipyard. Communication with the property managers was quick. Only downer was pool was closed during our time there because of a storm. We were counting on pool time. We are making this our new go to stay in Shipyard.

Pros:
-Shipyard location, small complex close to the bike path
-It was nice that the bikes were provided, even though the instructions to access them were incorrect
-The view of the pond from the back deck was serene
-I enjoyed the provided beach chairs
Cons:
-It was a pain to pick up my Shipyard pass from the dark exterior of Island rentals when we got into town late
-The condo was very dirty; hair everywhere, toothpaste in sinks, dirty mirrors
-Coffee filters weren’t included
-I reached out to the provided number to complain about the lack of cleanliness, and never received a response
-The beds were rock hard
-This unit was very dated
