The heart of the home is the fully renovated kitchen, equipped with sleek cabinetry, stone countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Whether you are preparing a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner, the kitchen is stocked with all the essential cookware and dinnerware. Adjacent to the living space, the private deck offers a peaceful vantage point over the manicured fairways of the Shipyard golf courses.
The sleeping quarters consist of two well-appointed bedrooms designed for restorative rest. The primary suite features premium bedding and an en-suite bathroom with modern fixtures, while the second bedroom is versatile and perfect for families. Real nice villa with a view of the 6th hole at Ship Yard. Unit is on the second floor, steps are tough. Very clean with the basic amenities. If you don’t mind the steps and being a little secluded or just more privacy. It’s a nice stay.
