Super modern equipment in the room; nice modern spacy bathroom; good breakfast; parking next to the hotel facilities;

We booked a junior suite, and had expected an extra room (living plus sleeping room) but there was none. And the room was not too big, also considering the high price charged. Parking could have been for free but wasn’t. WiFi not very strong in the room. And breakfast time closed already at 9.30h - far too early for this high standard of the hotel.

Great hotel and stayed here for many visits to the area, great in house food for breakfast with a adjoining restaurant and brewery. New facilities such as the Curtain cocktail bar half price cocktail before 9, money off offers and would not stay anywhere else

Only 1 towel, only 1 small bedsheet, the phone in the room has a superbright display so you can't sleep, need to cover it, windows not open for fresh air, breakfast only until 9.30 so we couldn't use it.... Weird concept and very expensive

high quality throughout and very personable staff. really good customer service ethos and a popular spot for businesses and private group parties. super soundproofing. best breakfast buffet I’ve enjoyed, just all round excellent

Very pleasant stay.

Very clean modern hotel. Breakfast was outstanding

AC appeared not to be very good but in morning noticed the radiator was on full blast! Hadn’t occurred to me to check it was off! Obviously not a fault of the hotel but was very hot!

Lovely city hotel close to the highway, with great breakfast, modern rooms, and next to a brewery.

The blinds on the windows don’t block all light. Would be difficult to sleep in.

Bad smell in room and shatters not clasing

Breakfast is good. Durlach is a nice location. Feel good atmosphere.

Overpriced as the service level was not there that would justify the price. I did not feel comfortable with the way I was treated. There was a smoke smell in the room and the shatters did not close properly. I was not allowed to change rooms.
