The location and size of the room were great. It was very spacious, and the outside area was nice with plenty of space and a pool. The staff was friendly, trying their best to accommodate the requests.
The breakfast options were very limited; no hot food besides the eggs, which you have to boil yourself without a timer. The water wasn't even boiling, so it took ages to cook them. Simple additional options of scrambled eggs in a hot bain-marie, bacon, or sausages would be beneficial. Also, for kids, options like pancakes at least. They had only pizza available after 8 p.m., and luckily there was a van selling burgers outside, but they are not there every day.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I love that that was affordable access to the spa les Thermes de Marlioz. There is also a very big garden and plenty of space for kids to run around.

Beds were very comfortable
When booking we were advised we would get a delux room with a Mountain View... we got a view of a roof top and not much mountain

The location was ok to move around Aix Les Bains.
They retained me 1300 euros as a deposit on June 27, 2026 and so far this deposit has not been returned by the hotel. Be careful when you leave a deposit, this hotel is not serious to return the deposit
