A functional hotel when travelling.

In our room there wasn´t a door on the bathroom. Maybe need a shower curtain or screen on the bath as floor got very wet when showering. We were there 3 days, the room floor was not cleaned during that time. only needed brushing!

Excellent location but old and tired. Room not clean. Motorbike suffered damage in carpark

Great location with beautiful view over lake to mountains

Dirty, damaged toilet seat, bins had not been emptied and smelled. No secure parking for motorbike. My motorbike was damaged in the carpark at the front, the mirror was knocked off and cost 180 euros for replacement.

Rooms are not like the advertised picture. Very small room, bed small and not very comfortable. Roll into each other or off the bed. Shower had no hook, so you had to keep turning it off and putting the head down. Breakfast is charged at €12 each, which I think is overpriced.

Location very good. Very money hungry staff kept taking my money inch by inch by not telling me things. Breakfast fee, tourist tax etc. just things they made up to take more money, pretty unfair

The view from the window. The coffee machine made decent coffee.

The noise from the road. Lack of information and instructions in the room e.g. we arrived after 20.00 when reception was closed. We wanted to connect to the hotels Wifi but failled, because there was no information in the room regarding a password.

The people were really nice and it seemed that they were not much to hold the whole hotel. The view is nice and the lake agreeable

I could hear the neighbor very loud, my feet were going out of the bed, the heating system was too strong, at the breakfast I ended up with dirty forks and knives.

our non smoking room was clearly a chain smokers paradise, cigarette butts outside our window from previous guests. the stench of tobacco was overwhelming, the toilet was filthy, there were cobwebs on the walls and dust on skirting boards. the shower had not seen a good clean in years.

Je viens régulièrement sur Aix mais plus dans cet hotel

L emplacement et l accueil

Pour un 3 étoiles pas de sèche cheveux lunette des toilettes complètement dévissée ou cassée je sais pas bais vitrée pas étanche.....Ça mérite pas du tout 105 euros et 28 euros pour les petits déjeuner. Dommage
