Charming hotel near Valbonne.

Very attractive hotel. Lovely room with balcony overlooking the garden and pool. Great shower and very comfy bed. Excellent breakfast apart from machine coffee. Very helpful staff who rushed to help us with our luggage. In a great position for visiting, Valbonne, Biot and Grasse Great restaurant with delicious food.

The traffic- not the fault of the hotel! The hotels is secluded from the road but as soon as you drive towards Cannes and the coast, the traffic is a nightmare.

Attractive boutique hotel

Attractive boutique small hotel sited next to an outstanding Italian restaurant near Valbonne. Rooms simply decorated, small courtyard pool & very welcoming staff. Simple but tasty breakfast.

Although our room was nice it was sited over the restaurant next door. You could hear kitchen noises until 11 pm. will ask for a room away from the restaurant next time!

Acceptable property physically, but their restaurant next door ruined our stay.

Property was clean and bed was comfortable. Close to medieval Valbonne, one of our favourites.

- from 7PM to 12AM, noise from the kitchen and restaurant goers next door was unbearable. It is their restaurant, and they know about the noise, but this was not related to us when we booked or even acknowledged when we complained. Staff responded in a patronizing manner ("Oh how unfortunate") and offered us nothing to soften the blow. This is not forgivable. We got 5 hours sleep, and were pretty angry in the morning. Staff...and the owner himself...pretended not to know anything about it, which is not believable. If you are booking here ask for room as far as possible from the restaurant. - there is no reserved parking for hotel guests, and it is a free-for-all during restaurant hours ( lunch and dinner ). We found this out the hard way.

Two ladies that welcomed us and wished us a happy anniversary were WONDERFUL. I believe they were Mimsy and Lydia? Lovely people. The fellow the night before was not very communicative - or helpful. The pool is excellent -

Our room - we were given the worst location - a room on the lower floor, next to the kitchen and with ZERO privacy from the breakfast area. We had to keep our curtains drawn all through our visit. We reserved months in advance and told the staff of our 25th anniversary. When I asked the Asian gent upon check in if they had an alternate room upstairs, he answered: "NO. You have the last room...fully booked." Then, he told me to leave my car where it was - ten minutes later he told me to move it. Parking is nearly impossible on the property. Our reservation detailed two bathrobes in the room. There were none. When I asked for them, I was told they were by special request only. So I said: "..ok, I request them. We reserved and they were part of the reservation..." We received the bathrobes, but ...special request? The ONLY redeeming factor was the kindness of the two ladies mentioned before. hey should be the model for a better customer service and property...again, they were wonderful. Breakfast was passable...the coffee, poor.

Un séjour agréable à la Bastide de Valbonne

Nous avons séjourné cet été à la Bastide de Valbonne et avons beaucoup apprécié notre passage. L’hôtel est plein de charme, très agréable et bien situé pour découvrir la région. La chambre était confortable et le cadre reposant, idéal pour un séjour estival. Une belle adresse que nous recommandons !

Zalig vertoeven in dit hotel. Een echte aanrader.

Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Verzorgt ontbijt en een heel mooie kamer met zicht op het zwembad waarbij het dan ook nog heel rustig was. Alles was zeer proper en de kamer was zeker ruim genoeg. Naast het hotel bevond zich een Italiaans restaurant en dat kon je laten reserveren vanuit het hotel. Het was er daarbij ook nog lekker eten en aan een zeer correcte prijs.

Ik heb geen negatieve opmerkingen.

Le lieu idéal d’où rayonner dans la région

Établissement très bien tenu, à la fois confortable et charmant, à un jet de pierre du village de Valbonne. Le personnel est aux petits soins et les restaurants attenants sont très plaisants. Les chambres sont agréables en particulier celles avec terrasse.

Rien que nous n’ayons pas aimé mais s’il y avait des bornes de recharge pour véhicule électrique ce serait un indéniable plus.

Schitterend hotel nabij Cannes

Prachtig hotel met zwembad gelegen in Valbonne nabij Cannes. Zeer schoon overal, voelde ook luxe aan. Heerlijk eten bij het Italiaanse restaurant er direct naast. Gratis parkeren bij het hotel en goede airconditioning

Toen wij er waren was er tamelijk veel ‘zakelijk’ publiek in het hotel, voor de rest geen klachten
