3 Star rating hotel. And that is correct. It is a nice location. Facility was in the past more up to date. But all functions. Cleanness is so so. But with all due respect that is known for French hotels. On 300-400mtr there is a splendid restaurant Le Bois Dore. One genuine to recommend.
Cleanness. Some paint on the doors. It was approx 5 years ago I was last time in the hotel. No maintenance was done on the doors to the rooms or bathrooms.

Nice location, but poor cleanliness and comfort made the stay disappointing.
The location was lovely – calm, surrounded by beautiful nature, and close to Valbonne. I also appreciated the terrace and the fact that parking was convenient. The setting overall had good potential for a relaxing stay.
The room was not clean and felt dirty, which left a bad impression. The bed was uncomfortable, and I was even overcharged for the tourist tax (€4.28 instead of the €4.02 stated on Booking). Altogether, it felt like the management didn’t pay attention to basic details that matter to guests.

Perfect base to explore the riviera.
Have stayed here a few times now - we love the location, the rooms and the nice pool. There are areas that could be improved but its still a very good value hotel with easy access to all the riviera towns from Cannes to Nice and on to Monaco. A car is necessary to get the best of the area.
They have clearly suffered from the loss of business due to Covid and some areas of the building and pool area have become a bit tired. The rooms are fine for us as we like the size and balcony etc but the carpets are probably due a refresh. Hopefully as business resumes and picks up they will be able to address some needed maintenance and then it will be back to one of the best places to stay in the area. Its still very good value and we will definitely return.

Breakfast pricey for what it was no juice available door did not lock on room light on toilet broke needs an update broken drain in pool my foot went down . on arrival at 00 10 no water in room I booked 3 rooms but night porter only got 2 rooms 1 prestige for married couple and a room with a double bed for myself and 2 brothers we eventually was given a room with a double bed and single bed in which was not good enough as my one brother snoors hence why I booked separate room for him so naturally I did not have a pleasant stay as sleep was disrupted and we were charged a prestige price for thst room as we were over for a wedding this spoilt things a little. overall cleanliness of rooms was not good as I say needs some t l c Nb a little disappointed in that it says a bar there and all it was a fridge in the corner ..

kind of empty hotel not so up to date. the pool was closed, unaccessible, without any comunication about it during reservation. rooms are very basic.
