About this apartment rental
This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, condo is perfectly located, just walking distance to Canyon Lodge and about a mile from the Village. The unit features a modern mountain touch with a cozy gas fireplace and large flatscreen TV in the living room with plenty of seating to relax after a long day on the hill. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all the cookware you will need. The home comes with free WiFi and a private washer and dryer.
The master bedroom features a King bed and en-suite bathroom with double vanity and shower/tub combo. The second bedroom is great for kids or a second family with a Queen bed and a bunk bed with two Twins. The second full bathroom is located just outside the bedroom and features a standup shower. The living room has a pull out sofabed for additional overnight guests.
Silver Bear is in a great location and provides convenience and security with the heated underground garage, and elevator for easy access (accesible access too). In Winter, it’s an easy 5 min walk up Lakeview Blvd to Canyon Lodge for chairlift access to the slopes or the free Gondola to Mammoth Village and all its shops, bars and restaurants. Canyon Lodge also has a full-service sports shop and retail plus dining and après ski. The bus stop for the Blue Line shuttle and year-round night trolley is very close by which can take you to the slopes or town. The shuttle and Village Gondola run from mid-December to mid-April when Canyon Lodge is open. In Summer, the Lakes area for water sports, biking and hiking are only minutes driving as is the Sierra Star golf course and downtown Mammoth. The Silver Bear common area has an recreation room to enjoy with a lounge with a Foosball table, fireplace and reading area, as well as showers. There is a year round sauna, covered Jacuzzi, outdoor Jacuzzi, communal gas BBQ grill area and in Summer a small plunge pool and fire pit. Enjoy a heated underground parking garage for 1 car (garage clearance is 7' 2") with interior hallways and accessible elevator access to your unit on the 2nd floor. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. This Mammoth condo sleeps a maximum of 6 people and sorry no smoking or pets. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. No smoking is permitted. Our calendar is updated in real time. The condo is great! Great location and very large comfortable space. This condo is nicely decorated and is stocked to the max with everything. We enjoyed hanging out, cooking and the comfortable beds! Plenty of space and well kept unit. Loved it and we highly recommended staying here.

The lodging was great. The entire stay was easy and comfortable. The unit was large, clean and stocked well.The management team was great and even allowed us to shift our stay by a night on short notice due to my child's illness. They also accommodated a request to return our keys and parking permits on the way out of town instead of at the specified due time.The walk to Canyon was easy enough for us all to make, including both the younger (4yo, 10 yo) and older (60+ yo) members of our party without much issue.The only real issue we had was that the code to get through the outer door was not apparent from the check-in instructions, but we were able to get through to the emergency helpline and get a call back within a few minutes.

Everything about this property was great minus the awful experience we had to deal with with the property manager. Not sure if hes medically ill or dealing with personal issues but was constantly rude. Would lock up the sauna and jacuzzi during operational hours at his own discretion. One night we were sitting in the sauna at 7pm and he walked in to the sauna, let all the hot air out. turned everything off. and said "there is a new fire code therefore you have to leave in the next 5 minutes"Another night he just decided to turn off the jacuzzi so no one in the complex was able to use the amenities. Would randomly walk into the area and just turn all lights off.On the other hand, the house itself was perfect. Clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. Only bad experience was the common use amenities which was due to an awful property manager.
