Very easy to feel comfortable at the property, Liked the location on the outskirts of St Andrews with great views, quiet & privacy. The walk into town would be a bit much for us at our age and with an elderly doggie but we were happy to take the car. The garden was lovely and we kept finding interesting games, books and even straighteners (which is important). Our dogs felt welcomed - plenty bowls, dog treats, poo bags, bag of kibble. In fact, our doggies had a blast! Lots of thoughtful extras (toilet rolls), teabags, oil, vinegar, coffee machine. It was incredibly easy to relax in. Would come again very happily.
One kitchen door was too wobbly to safely open.
I spent a lot of time thinking about the damp in the upstairs en-suite and wondering why there was no Veluxe Window Extending poles so guests could open and ventilate bathrooms. Found one pole but it was broken and you really need one per room. Could be easily resolved. Tumble dryer didn’t dry clothes - even after hours and hours of use,

Nothing major. Creaky floorboards upstairs might disturb some during the night and single bed mattress a little soft, but these are minor issues that are outweighed by all the positives
