Two bedroom apartment with private swimming pool overlooking Torrequebrada Golf Course. Spectacular views on the mountains and Mediterranean sea. Just 900 meters away from the beautiful Las Yucas beach!

The Costa del Sol is a beautiful place with everything to offer, and this apartment is in the best location to enjoy it all -> Torrequebrada in Benalmadena. Just 10 minutes walk (2 min drive) to the beach or nearest grocery store, only 30 minutes drive from the Malaga airport.

Moreover, the neighbourhood is very beautiful with lots of green spaces. It is very tranquil area. There are many big, luxurious Villas around.

Nine hundred meters away down to the sea you have Las Yucas beach with Las Yucas restaurant / bar. Amazing place with great food and cocktails just over the sea.

You will see as soon as you arrive that the views are spectacular and very varied. On one side you can see mountains on the other Mediterranean sea in all its glory. Sparkling in Spanish sunshine.

Few more tips: the beach is located just around 8-10 minutes walk away. The closest shops, restaurants and bars are around 900 meters away. The Torrequebrada golf course is on the doorstep. You can see the golfers playing from the terrace. If you are lucky you can catch a golf ball :)
Local area offers a wide range of entertainment: Crocodile Park, Benalmadena Puerto Marina, Sea Life in Benalmadena, Aquapark, Selwo Adventure, casinos, bars and clubs.

Public transport. The closest bus stops are near las Yucas restaurant and bar. You can get from there to the Benalmadena Marina, Benalmadena city center, Torremolinos or Fuengirola.

Amazing! Dorothy and Adam were super friendly and welcoming. The villa was superb and the pool was lovely. The beach, bars and restaurants and even a supermarket all in walking distance. Adam was really helpful with localInformation and kept us informed at all times of the gardeners and pool maintenance. There was only one problem with the exterior lighting which Adam tried to get sorted but it was beyond repair and the owner needs to upgrade some cabling. All in all I definitely recommend this villa in a heart beat and we lookForward to returning again soon!

Great contact with Adam who was very helpful. Slight problem with electrics but Adam was diligent in getting an electrician in to try and solve the problem affecting the outside lights which kept tripping. Other than that the patio is outstanding and the rooms really good

The welcome, the availability of the hosts and the little touches on arrival made our stay a happy and memorable experience. There was construction next to the accommodation so the mornings weren't as peaceful as our late nights. Absolutely wonderful stay .Great check in and out process.!Thank you Adam !!Villa is in quiet area, overlooking the hills. Gorgeous pool, lots of chairs , inflatables etc and kids toys. Nice downhill stroll to the shops et , uphill back but cheap taxis if needed. Big tv, we took a fire stick and enjoyed lots of films and sun like. Comfy beds! Can’t believe I didn’t get holiday backache ! Villa had everything we needed in the kitchen, crockery, pots and pans , glasses, t towels , herbs and spices and supplies of washing liquids , foil, washing tablets etc. maybe missing an air fryer ? Nice to have plenty of towels for the bathrooms and pool. Great place for a holiday overall .

This was one of the best stays we've had. Contact with Adam was nice and he was at the villa when we arrived. He showed us the house and everything was spotless clean. The pool was amazing, we had the entire pool to ourselves.There is a couple living on the second floor but we hardly saw them and they didn't use the pool. Nice gesture was the ham/cheese eggs and bread and the bottle of wine in the fridge. The villa is situated in a very classy area. It is a 10 minute walk down to the ocean and the restaurants ( Yucan and La Cala, superb!) If you want privacy and a clean, spacious villa, this is yours. We did rent a car but with an Uber it will costs you around €8,- from the restaurants back home. Thanx again Adam and Dorothy! Wendy and Angelica

Quiet and private location not overlooked. Property was pristine. Sun on terrace from 10am to sunset with plenty of umbrellas supplied for shade. Pool was lovely. Everything was supplied in property from hand soap, towels etc to pool toys and cushions for outside. Even a little shopping cart to wheel back groceries from the local supermarket. Thoughtful welcome pack on arrival too. Communication with Adam was really easy, always available day or night to answer any questions. Lovely person to deal with. 30minute walk to the start of the promenade but there are a number of coffee shops and restaurants closer. Closest beach is a 10minute walk. Nothing negative to say about our whole experience. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to family and friends or anyone wanting a relaxing stay in benalmadena.

We had a fantastic 5 night stay at this apartment. The property was really well equipped - all the kitchen items you could possibly want, barbecue, plenty of towels, tv with Netflix, family games … everything! The terrace and pool are perfect - the owners have an apartment above this one, but they weren’t there so we had it to ourselves. Dorothy was super helpful and accommodating with the check-in and check-out, even providing some staples for the first night as we arrived later on a public holiday. We didn’t have a car, but you are in walking distance (15 mins or so) from supermarkets. It’s easy to get Ubers around the area if you want to go further afield - the area itself is quiet, with some restaurants down on the seafront. We mainly stayed and enjoyed the terrace and grill 😊 the property overlooks the golf course. A few midges some days in the evenings, but believe normal for this area at certain times of year. There was also occasional building work on the property next door, but didn’t bother us too much. Overall a fantastic stay - hope to come back soon!

Overall good property, furnished with everything you could think of. Pool and outside area is very spacious. Excellent air con throughout. Only negative is that the second bedroom and bathroom requires an update and they are both small compared to the master bedroom and on suite. Great location, easy to get to the beach and other resorts. Adam and Dorothy (Hosts) do a brilliant job, always on hand if you require any assistance. Great holiday in all.

Have just returned from 10 days and can highly recommend this property, we booked it mainly for the large outdoor space with pool, bbq etc, it is very very secure and will not disappoint. Apartment is as described and comfortable, aircon for use as much as you like, all amenities such as oven, hob, fridge freezer, washing machines and dishwasher so makes it a home away from home. We will return

We have just got back from staying at this apartment, we went as a family of 5, 4 adults and 1 child. The apartments is perfect, exactly as described and is very clean and tidy, it had everything we needed. The pool area and courtyard is huge! Amazing views, the hosts have an apartment upstairs but they move out when they have guest so this makes it very private. The hosts are brilliant, so helpful and welcoming. We dont have anything bad to say about this place, we will be returning in the future. Thanks again!

We spent 4 weeks at the lovely villa/apartment. Adam & Dorothy made us very comfortable and welcome. The villa was spotlessly clean. The outside area views were amazing looking over the Torrequebrada golf course, mountains and glimpse of the sea. Swimming pool and garden was tended to weekly and we very much enjoyed the pool. Supermarket 1km downhill, a little harder coming back up but there was the use of a shopping trolly. Quiet area, bus routes bottom of the hill. We hope to return on the future.

We stayed in April (easter) and were very lucky with the weather. Wonderful property for a family of 4. ( but pull out bed in lounge for 6 guests) They had everything you will ever need, dont bother taking extra towels, the villa had towels for pool and showers. The pool is for your use only.. the owner does not use this. They have the apartment upstairs but are not there when the villa is hired out. Beds were very comfortable, clean linen, clean & tidy home. There is a smart TV so if you have a Netflix account you can log in and have this running. Adam and Dorothy were lovely host, and avalible at all times however we never needed them. Suggest getting a car... most of the restaurants and entertainment is down the road in the beautiful harbor. The harbor is a MUST to visit. Property area is a Little hilly for people with mobility issues. But on a lovely quiet street. And the ground is very secure. To access the villa you do have to go down some beautiful BUT steep steps. Highly recommended. Would hire again. Thank you for our stay. All the best Hawkins family.
