About this apartment rental
Casa CLAUDIA is ideal for your holidays this year! Anti-corona virus measures e.g. disinfection between stays, we take seriously. We offer 170 m2 with direct views of the Torrequebrada golf course and the Mediterranean Sea, just a few minutes walk from the beach of Benalmádena-Costa and Castillo Bil Bil. Excellent for families: 2 bathrooms and 3 large bedrooms. Fast WIFI and AC including a large open kitchen with a bar. Urbanisation with 24 hrs security.Prepared for small children! Max 7 adults.
Due to the coronavirus, we are taking great care to disinfect surfaces that are often touched between stays. Casa Claudia is a spacious first floor apartment with a south facing terrace with wide views over the Torrequebrada Golf course, garden and pool of the urbanisation. Large terrace with sofa-lounge, TV and barbecue. Modern and very complete decoration. Smart Television satellite with more than 200 international channels, Netflix and You Tube. Centralised AC throughout the apartment. Garage space included. Rates include taxes, electricity, water, fast wifi, air conditioning and garage space.
Final cleaning cost to be paid on arrival in cash. (€ 150 or € 120 for 4 people or less). This includes the use of bed clothes, bathroom and kitchen towels (1 small, large and beach towel per person). Baby elements, cot, high chair, bathtub, changing table included on request.
Big garden. High level gated community with majority of resident or foreign owners. Ideal for toddlers and teens who can play outside alone. There are 4 pools and a playground, plus 2 children's pools. Due to the coronavirus, all pools and their common areas are ultra-disinfected and cleaned daily. In addition, 24-hour security in the urbanisation to follow up on new regulations such as social distance, sanitary hygiene in the garden, etc.

Kom precis hem efter två veckor i den här trevliga lägenheten. Vi var 4 vuxna och 2 barn, lägenheten är väl planerad så vi hade en fantastisk tid. Terrassen är stor och härlig med en fin utsikt över havet och golfen! Eftersom det var lite kallt att simma i utomhuspoolen i december var det perfekt att värma upp med lyxiga duschar och jacuzzi i lägenheten. Allt var super rent och snyggt vid ankomsten och kontaktpersonen på plats tog emot oss. Allt gick smidigt. Vi kommer att besöka Benalmadena och den här lägenheten igen!

Die Ferienwohnung war so wie beschrieben. - Großer Balkon mit Sonne von 10.00 bis mindestens 17.30 Uhr (Dezember bis Anfang Januar).WiFi kostenlos und sogar 2 Parkplätze im Parkdeck. Wir waren einen Familien von 6 und konnten so den großen Platz zum Parken nutzen. Die Klimaanlage konnte man als Heizung benutzen, was für die Jahreszeit auch notwendig war.. Die Wohnung hat auch eines gemutliches Kamin und Fussbodemheizung.
Tagsüber herrlich sonnig auf der Terrasse bei 20 ° C.
Wichtig für die Übernachtungen sind die Betten und damit Matratzen. Diese waren von hoher Qualität.
Die Entfernungen und Zeitangaben zu Supermärkten oder Restaurants waren etwas "sportlich" gerechnet. - Wir sind noch recht fit (Tennis u. Golf), aber die Zeiten erreichten wir nicht, es kostet uns mindenstens 12 minuten zum Fuss, mit Wagen nur 2 Minuten.
Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Wohnung und Golfspieler haben in 300 m Entfernung einen sehr guten, wenn auch nicht preiswerten Golfplatz (Torrequebrada Golf).

We celebrated my birthday here on the Coast and it was great that Claudia has more apartments in same urbanization so each of us could be on their own apartment but at the pool, beach and in restaurants we had family time together! Really quality apartments, very well maintained, comfortable, nice terrace with great views over the golf and ocean! Definitely recommendable! Price - quality very good!

El apartamento estaba impecable y era muy bonito. Además tenía terraza, barbacoa, smart TV, todo de 10. Buen lugar calidad-precio. Esta cerca de la playa, Benalmadena-Costa y pueblo pero en una zona más tranquilo enfrente un campo de golf. Confortable, limpio, buena wifi y con todo lo necesario. Recomendable.
