We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was incredibly clean, which made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The staff were all very friendly, kind, and helpful, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel itself is charming and cozy, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location was also a big plus — the ski center was only a 10‑minute drive away, making it extremely easy to reach. Overall, a great experience. We would definitely choose this hotel again!

Convenient location for attractions and hikes. Apartment is well-equipped, clean, and of high standard.

apartments are 2 km from the main building. No kids’ play area, no restaurant, no dining room – essentially just apartments. Staff was unfriendly, and nobody checked on us during our 6-night stay. Unexpected charge for a baby crib, even though it was pre-approved. Overall, the apartment is good, but the surrounding services are very disappointing.

Amazing stay, I cannot recommend this enough!

We stayed at the S4.5 apartment which was great! From the kitchen to the shower and sauna, you can tell that every detail has been carefully thought of. The apartment itself was spacious and spotless and had everything one might need for a great holiday - cooking utensils, microwave/oven, induction cooktop, washer/dryer, coffee maker, refrigerator and more.

Nice stay, but the guests should be notified about the hot water limitation

The apartment was amazing, very clean, nice kitchen and living room, great sauna, two separated bedrooms. Very quiet location and nice view. You also get the red guest card which is nice.

There were no hot water after 10 PM! And we were not notified about this limitation (which is not acceptable at this range of price). When I told this to the manager he laughed at me.

Friendly, accommodating staff and clean facilities

Clean and a central location for all the places we wanted to visit in the Black Forest. The staff were friendly. I contacted the hotel a few weeks in advance to inform them about our dietary restrictions (lactose and gluten) for breakfast and they were amazing in accommodating it.

Cellular reception was poor, but the wifi was very good.

The apartment is big and clean, very well equipped. Great shower with a sauna and a lot of space. Nice balcony

Wooden smells very noticed. The child room far away from the parents' room. Very hot, no fans, and no light blanket. The balcony is for all the apartments on the floor-lack of privacy

Really great apt, lovely layout and quality, helpful staff esp at the evening meals with the kids.

Local location a bit boring, yes we went to ski locations during day but nothing to do with young kids locally and no alternate venues to eat other than at hotel. We hadnt planned to eat there every night.

Great stay in Blackforest. The hosts are very nice and kind. The breakfast is outstanding with a lot of choice and delicious. Very nice place for family, the apartment is spacious and clean.

Amazing breakfast with homemade jam and plenty of choices. Especially loved the homade Fleischsalat and the Bircher Müsli. The Restaurant has a good variety of local dishes.

Very good, very close to the feldberg ski station!

Very good breakfast, dinner at the restaurant is also very good! Entire hotel and rooms were very clean! People are very friendly and nice! They give to the guests free ski pass, discount for the parking lot, etc..

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Auszeit.

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine wunderbare Sauna. Die Einrichtung der FEWO hatte viel Holz und strahlt Gemütlichkeit aus. Die Betten sind auch für grosse Menschen sehr bequem. Die Wohnung ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet.

Die Wohnung könnte vielleicht etwas umfangreicher in der Küche ausgestattet sein. Manchmal übt man etwas länger, bis die Eingangtüre aufgeht. Aber die Wohnung ist sehr sehr schön. Wir würden sie wieder wählen.
