Tisztaság, kedves személyzet.
Nem volt fűtés a szobában, sőt az egész szállodában gond volt vele. A recepciós adta oda a lábánál lévő elektromos radiátort, hogy a 7 hónapos gyerekünk ne fázzon meg a fűtetlen szobában. A reggeli szegényes volt.
