We go there every year to Leba but would never stay there again disappointed
Beautiful location but think they just think that will sell it but reception staff not helpful at all, I arrange to have a bottle in room on arrival as honeymoon they didn’t sort, ask for coffee or tea which is advertised for room they said don’t do that, I told reception they never sorted bottle out and he said would get back to me which he never.
Staff on reception thinking they don’t need to help or sort anything they where all very unhelpful apart from lady in spa.

Location, view, breakfast, dinner, rooms quite small but cozy.
The staff was overdoing and overprocessing its job. There was a ton of paperwork, regulations, rules, and restrictions that were inconvenient and unnecessary, as only three or four rooms were occupied. We couldn't go to the restaurant without a reservation, even though it was open without guests. We couldn't park our car in front of the hotel because it might be occupied (although for the next 24 hours there were no room reservations and not a single car parked there). There was a lack of openness and friendliness. The staff was by far overly bureaucratic and the stickler for rules.

Location, availability of the spa and outdoor pool facilities and direct access to the beach. Very professional restaurant staff.
There was a barking dog in a room which the staff could not resolve. Otherwise, everything was great.
