Hotel nas przemile zaskoczył swoim ciepłym przyjęciem. Śniadania smaczne, natomiast obiadokolacje przepyszne.
Personel był życzliwy, pomocny i zawsze uśmiechnięty - można zauważyć również pozytywną atmosferę wśród personelu.
Korzystaliśmy z hotelu w okresie świąt i poczuliśmy tam świąteczny klimat.
W całym obiekcie było ciepło i woda w basenie też odpowiednia. Hotel czysty i zadbany.
To miejsce jest idealnym wyborem, szczególnie gdy pogoda nie sprzyja dłuższym spacerom. Ciężko się nudzić.
Ten hotel ma wszystko co potrzeba. Można czuć się w nim bezpiecznie, szczególnie z dziećmi.
Byliśmy za krótko by stwierdzić, czy można coś poprawić. Sala zabaw dla dzieci pewnie mogłaby być ciekawsza, ale i tak dzieci świetnie się tam bawiły. Dla nas był to bardzo dobry pobyt i wróciliśmy do domu wypoczęci i szczęśliwi. Zastanawialiśmy się, czy pokój który otrzymaliśmy miał rzeczywiście 40m - tak jak było to zaznaczone w zamówieniu - ale był na tyle duży, przytulny i dostosowany do naszych potrzeb, że nie pytaliśmy o zgodność z zamówieniem.

Breakfast was excellent, as were the room service dishes we ordered.
Beds dreadfully soft and pillows also very soft and unsupportive. The shower cabin in the room was a disaster with doors threatening to fall off and shower head / hose impossible to fix at a reasonable height.

The technical issues were quite am embarrassing... you need to slam the room door to get them closed, the ventilation in the bathroom so noisy, that we were heating them from the neighbors, and the handles from balcony doors were falling out... no boiling water for Tee or coffee ...
