Hotel located near the beach (about 100 m). Fantastic, very helpful staff. Comfortable, spacious, well-heated (snowy winter!) rooms. A plentiful breakfast buffet. Tasty food in the restaurant. A nice, relatively large (for a hotel) pool.

Bed matrasses were a bit too soft. One sauna more would help. Some of the rooms contain inner doors that allow joining the rooms; the side effect is that you can very well hear what do the neighbors do.

There are better places to stay

The location is OK, close to the beach but a hike to the city center. The food in the restaurant was actually good.

The place has some good potential but it needs a major overhaul as it has seen better days. From exterior to interior everything needs to be remodeled. The staff seems unmotivated and at times lazy. Beware of paid parking directly in front of the building.

Great place to stay in Łeba, really relaxing time and good quality, tasty food.

Location is really great, quiet, with forest and sea. I appreciate the swimming pool which is not something usual in Łeba's hotels/apartments. Really nice breakfasts and dishes from the menu were just great (we ate there 6 different mains).

I think that the room could be renovated a bit, and definitely the furnitures. There were scratches all over. BUT it's really a detail, room was clean, spacies, with balcony (I would like to have some plants and siting space there) and really comfy bed (but not sofabed for my kid - this was not that great, probably I would change the sofa).

The technical issues were quite am embarrassing... you need to slam the room door to get them closed, the ventilation in the bathroom so noisy, that we were heating them from the neighbors, and the handles from balcony doors were falling out... no boiling water for Tee or coffee ...

Hotel is well located

Restaurant Poor quality of food (deep frozen), almost cold served, desert very poor and expensive, service far bellow standards and in some occasion even rude. Despite tough time due to covid basic hygiene isn’t respected. Self service with nothing pickup cakes, bread or fruits, cutlery available in a basket where each guest can put hands, table not always desinfected. In a word avoid Kapitanska restaurant !

Przestronny i przyjemny

Lokalizacja bardzo korzystna. Śniadania i obiadokolacje zadowalające - spory wybór, obsługa co chwilę donosi potrawy. Pomimo pobytu zimą, w pokoju było przyjemnie ciepło.

W pokojach zdemontowano lodówki. Brakowało też szlafroków, gdyby chciało się skorzystać z basenu. Do spania tylko poduszka typu "jasiek". Jak ktoś lubi wysoko pod głową, trzeba brać swoją poduszkę

Pobyt udany i wszyscy zadowoleni

Jedzenie przepyszne, szczególnie w trakcie pobytu świątecznego (Boże Narodzenie) duży wybór potraw dla każdego było coś. Personel przemiły, starał się bardzo, czysto wszędzie i przemiła atmosfera w całym hotelu. Blisko do plaży, trochędalej do centrum, ale to nie problem jak pogoda dopisuje.

Maruda przyczepi się do drobnostek, nam się podobało i nie mamy zastrzeżeń :)

Wrócę na pewno

Hotel cudownie położony 100m do plaży. Personel uśmiechnięty, pomocny, bardzo sympatyczny. Pokoje 2 osobowe są dość duże. My trafiliśmy na apartament składający się z pokoju dziennego, sypialni, sporej łazienki z prysznicem i toaletą. To było miłe zaskoczenie. Śniadania super, bardzo duży wybór: 4 dania gorące, 3 sałatki i mnóstwo przepysznych innych rzeczy razem z deserami. Basen i spa nie korzystałam, ale wyglądało fajnie. Bardzo duże podziękowania dla całego personelu, jesteście cudowni i na pewno wrócimy.

Jakość totalnie niewspółmierna do ceny

Największą zaletą hotelu niewątpliwie jest jedzenie. Pyszne śniadanie, duży wybór, w tym także kilka rodzajów ryb, czyli nacisk na regionalne potrawy. Dużym plusem jest także lokalizacja. Hotel leży tuż przy wejściu na plażę. Jeżeli odwiedzasz wspomniane miejsce w weekend, plusem jest także miejskie miejsca parkingowe przed hotelem, które wówczas są darmowe.

Poziom czystości w hotelu pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Brudne ściany w pokojach, meble bodaj z czasów słusznie minionych, mrugające żarówki, poręcze zaklejone taśmą. Skoro hotel pobiera dodatkowe 50 zł na dobę za obecność zwierząt, zastanawiam się, czy goście którzy są budzeni o 7:30 przez psy powinni otrzymywać zniżkę w takiej samej kwocie? Oczywiście piszę o tym z przymrużeniem oka. Ogólnie jakość hotelu jest totalnie niewspółmierna do jego ceny. A fakt, że koszt jest tak duży, a musisz np dopłacić za wypożyczenie szlafroka na basen jest chyba "gwoździem do trumny" tego miejsca. Mankamentów tego miejsca jest naprawdę sporo. Ot, choćby jedno gniazdko w pokoju, zamontowane w jakimiś nietypowym miejscu nad łóżkiem. Co więcej, zamawiając pokój ewidentnie i jednoznacznie zaznaczyłem, że chcę pokój z jednym, dużym dwuosobowym łóżkiem, tymczasem otrzymałem dwa łóżka przysunięte do siebie. Smutno mi, ale niestety raczej nie odwiedzę tego miejsca drugi raz :( W mniejszej cenie odwiedziłem znacznie lepsze hotele w wielu miastach w Polsce.

Hotel resté dans son jus … meubles usés par le temps - tentures trop courtes - lampes ne fonctionnent pas - pas de frigo - pas de ventilation - le balcon est un balcon reprenant plusieurs logements Je devais rester 3 jours je suis parti après la première nuit Pour le prix en plus c’est honteux !
