Clean and well situated in the old town. One of very few budget options here.
Cramped. I know it’s an old building but it felt uncomfortably cramped, so I went out all day. Air conditioning appeared to be broken, so very hot inside. Chania Capsule Stay does this experience much better, with capsules equipped with a shelf, hooks etc

Lovely lady, very prompt and clean facilities
Me and my friend booked it for 2 beds, however when we arrived there was someone in one of the beds who was quite rude and told us to leave him alone. Obviously not anyone’s fault but his but i feel like it should be known

The owner is lovely, and the location is fantastic.
The rooms are TINY there is no space to move in them. That might not sound like an issue, and I normally don't care for space, but this felt extremely crammed. There isn't a place to be social and meet people. The shower door creaks and will wake up everyone in the room. The shower itself has no pressure and no place to hold the shower head. Just not a good experience.
