I had a wonderful stay. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Chania and rooms are very clean. The staff are super friendly, helpful, and happy to help to organise a tour for you which makes exploring Crete so easy. The beds are really private and comfortable and each bed has its own power socket and light, plus a free locker for luggage. I also loved being able o leave my luggage safely for the rest of the day after checking out. Everything was well thought out, and I would deinitely stay again.
There was nothing I didn't like. I loved everything about my stay and only wish I could have stayed longer.

The owner is lovely, and the location is fantastic.
The rooms are TINY there is no space to move in them. That might not sound like an issue, and I normally don't care for space, but this felt extremely crammed. There isn't a place to be social and meet people. The shower door creaks and will wake up everyone in the room. The shower itself has no pressure and no place to hold the shower head. Just not a good experience.
