The room comes with an Air conditioner, and it works really well! It is located in the old town center and is near to all the shopping areas and Chania bus station. The host is a nice old gentleman :)
The size of the bathroom is way too small! It's location is a pro and con. Since it's in the center, it would be very difficult to sleep if you are a light sleeper. The street below is always busy and most shops in that area are open until 1-2 in the morning.

The balcony overlooking the main street was brilliant. We sat and watched people coming and going. Great location, just a short walk from the bus station and right in the middle of the Old Town. Stelios was a wonderful host, made us coffee himself to share in the rooftop garden. Highly recommend this place
The room was quite small. The kitchenette was very limited, no real cooking facilities, just a gas burner for heating water.

-location. It is set in the heart of the old town, with so many shops and cafes around -good pillows -little balcony with the square and street view
-shower is small -beds are ok but we were not given the room that I booked for. I asked for single beds and we ended up in a double bed. -air condition remote is set at 26° only -stairs at the entrance are very steep and narrow making it difficult to go up and down carrying luggage.
