The apartment was dirty. Cobwebs, spiders, the beds are hard (almost like sleeping on concrete), the tub is dangerously hard to get in and out of, the patio door was hard to open, there is a broken glass panel upon arrival under the desk area. Vents were covered in black dust. WiFi password given was not correct.

I travel to Paris twice a year for work and I usually stay at Adagio, because it is close to my workplace and more comfortable than a regular hotel. Unfortunately, this time my experience was very disappointing due to the lack of cleanliness and basic amenities.

We were very disappointed with our stay. The apartment was extremely dirty upon arrival – we even had to chase a huge cockroach inside the room. The coffee machine still had a moldy sponge inside, and the dishwashing sponge was used and dirty. Basic amenities were missing: we had to look for toilet paper in other bathrooms in the building, and there were no garbage bags provided. On top of that, the owner expected us to take out the trash ourselves when leaving – which made us feel like we were supposed to clean the apartment for him. Overall, the hygiene and cleanliness standards were unacceptable, and the apartment clearly had not been properly cleaned before our stay.

Good property with lot of underutilized potential

Good location and the apartment was decently sized for a family of 4. Kitchen had all equipments and dishes that helped.

The apartment itself was not very clean, the floor was sticky , bathroom tub faucet was very hard to get working. There were couple of flies in the apartment when we got in. We were able to catch one and were too tired to fight with another one. It kept us bugging the whole night. The AC was not working and it was very hot, so previous guests might have kept windows open. We ended up doing so as well . There was a table fan with a broken plug. Over all it was mediocre experience for the price .

We stayed with 3 people, but there were only towels and shampoo for 2 people. The washing machine was also broken and we were in a lot of trouble. It was a pity even though the room itself was not bad.

La problématique de l'adresse et le fait de ne pas savoir qu'il s'agit d'un particulier m'ont fait perdre plus d'une heure après une journée de voyage. la consigne pour récupérer les clés pour quelqu'un qui utilise peu ce mode de location n'est pas évidente au premier abord. les choses se sont arrangées lorsque j'ai pu avoir mon hôte au téléphone. 2 apparthotels sont à 200 mètres l'un de l'autre et nombreux sont les clients qui se trompent car l'appellation n'est pas claire. L'équipement du logement est complet mais la douchette de la baignoire ne fonctionne pas et oblige à prendre un bain, ce qui n'est pas rapide lorsqu'on embauche le matin.

Pensaba que me quedaba en un aparthotel pero NO

Buena comunicacion

Primero: ya he estado alojado en ese aparthotel, pero mi sorpresa ha sido que cuando hacemos la reserva es que resulta que el apartamento no pertenece al apartahotel, está dentro pero no gestionan ellos. Por lo que tuvimos que gastarnos a la llegada y a la salida dinero en un locker room porque el hotel no te recoge las maletas ni puedes dejarlas hasta que accedes a la habitación. Poca limpieza como puede verse en las fotos, en la terraza la zona de las plantas estaba llena de colillas, los accesorios de cocina viejos y rallados. Te dicen que dejes todo lo de la cocina limpia antes de irte pero no te dejan ni un poco de jabón para fregar los platos, solo un estropajo usado y viejo. Por no contar con que para 4 noches te dejan solo un rollo de papel higiénico usado. La kettle sucia y llena de cal. No hay calefacción solo dos radiadores de aceite viejos y llenos de polvo. La ventana del salón no cierra bien y entra frio. Solo 4 perchas para un parlamento de hasta 4 personas.. La próxima vez que reserve me aseguraré de que sea en el propio apartahotel, deberían corregir eso en el anuncio.
