Everything is absolutely perfect for me! Highly recommend you guys to stay here :)
One thing I must highlight is that Xavier is absolutely amazing as a host, I don't speak French at all but we managed to have quite a lovely chat, and he gave some good food and art gallery recommendations around Billancourt. I travel here mainly for work and would definitely stay here again soon as it is near my project site. Everything exceeded my expectation, the ensuite room was comfortable and very clean, quiet and easy to travel to central Paris as well (by metro/bus). Nearby there is groceries, really nice wine bar, and Italian cafe~

The property was well located and very comfortable with very good facilities. We didn't realise the owner lived on site and while that was not a problem it was a surprise.
Nothing we didn't like although we did have a bit of trouble using the key.

Kleines gemütliches Zimmer mit allem was man braucht!
Schönes und gemütliches Zimmer in guter Lage, zur Metro sind es nur wenige Minuten (bis nach Paris sind es dann etwa 30 Minuten) und in der Umgebung gibt es alles, was man braucht. Insgesamt ist es eher wie ein Airbnb, mit geteilter Wohnung, aber mit eigenem Bad. Xavier ist sehr nett und entspannt, insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Zeit!

Comodidad del lugar y tranquilidad, considerando que es una casa en la que vive una persona. Ademas siempre fue muy respetuoso y en ningun momento te sentis invadido.
El wifi el primer dia no funcionaba y las llaves eran dificiles de abrir. Sugiero al host que de las instrucciones en ingles, no fue claro.

Ein sehr schönes Zimmer und ein wunderbares Bad in einem sehr ruhigen Haus. In direkter Nähe Geschäfte und eine sehr nette und gute Brasserie. Unbedingt empfehlenswert!!!
