La ubicación es buena, el barrio se ve tranquilo y hay varios restaurantes cerca. El departamento está en la parte interior del edificio así que el ruido de la calle casi no llega. Se puede reservar el espacio de estacionamiento, que aunque angosto suficiente para estacionar un auto grande, tal vez una SUV no quepa.
Falta equipamiento en la cocina, no tiene microondas, sólo había 3 tenedores. También encontramos una sartén sucia que además ya no funciona, todo se pega.
