The Hideaway has an excellent location, close to the shops, restaurants and cafes and no distance to both of North Berwick’s beaches and the harbour.
The property is very cute, very clean and equipped with everything you might need for your stay. There is a small outdoor patio as well, which catches a bit of morning sunshine.
There isn’t really anything we disliked at all. Maybe the internal staircase could benefit from a handrail but it wasn’t a problem.

Great flat and an ideal location – quiet spot, perfectly situated for the high street, and a short walk to the beach.

Cosy wee apartment in an excellent location.
There was only one dish towel in the kitchen also there was no cloth or even kitchen roll to clean up the sink area and worktops after preparing food.
There was no hand towel or soap in the toilet & only one roll of toilet paper we were quite disappointed with that side of things.

Cleanliness of bedding, we left a note for housekeeping as pillows were very stained and dirty required new ones
