Location, comfort, quality.
Bath height for vertically challenged a grab rail would support exit from bath/shower. Winter duvets for bunk room had to double stack as bit chilly. Air fryer. Nothing major.

Cramped area upstairs due to being in the eve's main bedroom and room for the children should be swapped around and to many board games filling the wardrobes unable to put clothes in
