Location is great with many restaurants and services less than a block away. Apartment is relatively quiet as well although you can hear airplanes approaching the nearby airport.
Apartment needed some attention on maintenance and cleanliness. It is still a very new apartment, but bathroom had a few issues in the cabinets and faucets. Overall it looked like it was not cleaned well and there was a missing sheet on bed

Everything looked exact like the pics
Not having a doorman or a code for the entrance. We have to ring the bell and wait for an answer, say your name and unit number while in the street “which I don’t think is very safe as everyone can hear it” and if its raining you will wait in the rain like I did, even if you have an infant with you.
