Ótima localização, próxima aos escritórios da Faria Lima e também de mercados, farmácias e restaurantes.
Não localizei com facilidade pano de prato para enxugar a louça lavada.

Localização e praticidade (máquina de lavar roupas, varal, geladeira grande, microondas, cozinha). Custo benefício excelente. Como o quarto estava liberado, foi possível entrar antes do horário combinado, o que foi muito bom.
O sofá cama é desconfortável para dormir, mesmo considerando que foi utilizado por uma criança. Poderia ser mais macio ou ser providenciado algum colchonete para colocar em cima. O tamanho do quarto é bom para 3 pessoas.
