Very convenient for Warwick as it was a short walk to the town centre. It was also a quiet location. Attentive hosts.
The toilets need replacing. A towel ring by the radiator in the bathroom to hold the hand towel would be a good idea.

The instructions and information on the house were excellent. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It's a lovely house.
Unfortunately two of the beds upstairs the single bed and the double bed in the back bedroom, were very uncomfortable and squeeked very loudly. This meant a very disturbed nights sleep. If the beds were updated I would give this house 5 stars.

Location and layout worked well for our group
Only one bathroom but downstairs toilet helped.
Noise has clearly been an issue with neighbours in the past, but this was made clear up front. I didn’t like having to share identity documents with the hosts though.

We use airbnb and houses for preference over hotels as it allows the team to have a home from home when staying away for long periods. Hosts welcoming and house was lovely. GREAT location exactly what we needed.
