Located in the best area of Madrid, Retiro - Salamanca District. It is a central residential area with a lot of charm. In its surroundings, you can find not only one of the most beautiful urban parks in Spain where you can exercise every morning or take a walk, but it is also an area surrounded by the best and most sought-after bars and restaurants that have become a benchmark in recent times.
From the apartment, and Menéndez Pelayo street bordering El Retiro, or Ibiza metro just a few metres away, you can access any point in the city in a short time. This apartment is ideal for all types of visitors and especially recommended for executives or people who need to stay a few months in Madrid.
The Apartment:
Located on the ground floor of the building, this apartment with views of interior courtyards offers great tranquillity and exclusive access to a large terrace patio equipped with outdoor furniture for private use by guests.
Please note that to access the apartment you have to climb a flight of stairs.
It is an apartment with capacity for 6 people distributed in two private bedrooms with a double bed in one of them and another with 2 single beds. In the living room, a double sofa bed has also been arranged.
Decorated in an elegant and warm way, both the furniture and the combination of warm colours inside achieve the desired comfort and cosiness for a pleasant stay.
A complete bathroom with a bathtub and shower, in addition to an independent water system.
The apartment has a central heating system in the building, a kitchen equipped with a washing machine and dishwasher and all the necessary equipment.
To take into account:
IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to access to the apartment. Check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 entails a supplement of 50 EUR in cash.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with call service. On the day of your check-in, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival to coordinate key delivery.

This property is in a good location close to many restaurants and one of the largest parks in Madrid. The place was very clean. There are two bedrooms, towels and linens were well supplied. The kitchen is small and the bathroom compact. There is a washer but no dryer. Our main complaint was regarding the amenties that we often see at VRBO properties, but not this time. A small older coffee maker was supplied, but no coffee, sugar, creamer — not even salt and pepper were in the kitchen. No paper products - other than two very small rolls of toilet paper - were supplied - no facial tissue, napkins, or paper towels.

Location is good
The entrance to the terrace is thru the bathroom which is very uncomfortable. First if someone is taking a shower or had to go to the toilet,no one can go to or leave the terrace. Second it's not very hygienic to walk from outside thru the bathroom into the apartment and vice versa.
