About this apartment rental
Located 50m from Calle Alcalá, in the Salamanca district, one of the most sought-after and safest in central Madrid, close to most tourist attractions, in a commercial and leisure area, very close to "the Golden Mile", with Madrid's most exclusive shops.
Ideal for enjoying the city, for short or long stays, whether for business or pleasure.
The apartment:
This apartment is located on a third floor and has capacity for 2 people.
Designed and equipped to efficiently use space and offer maximum comfort. Complete high-end furniture and equipment.
It has a 160 x 200 folding bed, with a 28cm viscoelastic mattress, in the living room, to maximize space.
The living-dining room has a 2-seater sofa and a breakfast table for 3 diners.
The kitchen, integrated into the living room, has all the necessary appliances and kitchenware for a comfortable and extended stay.
It has 1 modern and comfortable bathroom, with a spacious shower with thermostatic control, 150 litres of hot water and an electric towel rail.
The washing machine is located on the landing of the apartment and is shared with the occupants of the Salamanca Confort III apartment if it is occupied. No one else has access and it is in a locked place.
The flat is equipped with fibre optic internet, air conditioning in all rooms and high-end viscoelastic mattresses. Building with lift.

IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entry to the apartment for not having carried out said prior process.

Small but attractive modern apt in an excellent location. Good shower. Quiet. Check-in required installation of the MIT company app, as well as an additional credit card deposit on check-in that wasn't clearly identified during the booking process (the reasons for my downgraded check-in rating). While the listing didn't identify it as an amenity, I think every ST rental should include the equipment & supplies to make coffee/tea at least once, and this one didn't. Our primary problem with the apt is that there was a noticeable sewer gas smell in the bathroom. We were only booked 1 night and I emailed MIT about the issue upon checkout (so they could address it for future guests), but never received a reply.
