About this apartment rental
Located 50m from Calle Alcalá, in the Salamanca district, one of the most sought-after and safest in central Madrid, close to most tourist attractions, in a commercial and leisure area, very close to "the Golden Mile", with Madrid's most exclusive shops.
Ideal for enjoying the city, for short or long stays, whether for business or pleasure.
The Apartment
This apartment is located on a third floor and has capacity for 4 people.
Designed and equipped to efficiently use space and offer maximum comfort. Complete high-end furniture and equipment.
It has 1 bedroom with a double bed.
It also has 2 folding bunk beds in the living room, to maximize space.
The living-dining room has a 3-seater sofa and a table for 4.
The kitchen, integrated into the living room, has all the necessary appliances and kitchenware for a comfortable and extended stay.
It has 1 modern and comfortable bathroom, with a spacious shower with thermostatic control, 250 litres of hot water and an electric towel rail.
The washing machine is located on the landing of the apartment and is shared with the occupants of the Salamanca Confort IV apartment if it is occupied. No one else has access and it is in a locked place.
The flat is equipped with fibre optic internet, air conditioning in all rooms and with high-end memory foam mattresses. Previous stairs to reach the lift.
Transport:
Metro: Next to Manuel Becerra station (60m). Lines 2 (Sol, Royal Palace) - 6 (Real Madrid, Bernabéu).
Public parking: 50m away.
BiciMAD: station #108, 50m away.
The apartment measures 35 m2.
The cot is subject to availability. Please notify at the latest 5 days in advance.
Air conditioning in all rooms of the apartment.
To take into account:
IMPORTANT: This apartment is only offered for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Act (LAU). Clients will sign a seasonal lease agreement upon arrival.
Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. Mit House is not responsible for any delay in entry to the apartment for not having carried out said prior process.

La ubicación era perfecta y el apartamento tenía de todo.
La limpieza se podría mejorar, el cabecero de la cama estaba lleno de polvo.

El piso es lo que esperábamos. Bien situado, pequeñito pero limpio y correcto
El sistema de entrada es nefasto. Debería haber al menos una llave dentro del apartamento para un uso normal. Falla demasiado y el servicio de atención al cliente ha sido realmente malo. Tuvimos que esperar más de media hora en la noche para abrir y luego al día siguiente no nos atendieron correctamente en el servicio atención al cliente. Es una lastima porque iba a usar más este servicio pero vista la poca confianza que genera el sistema de entrada...no creo que repita

Very efficient communication. Good apartment with AC.
Major inconvenience the elevator really doesn’t work for the location of the apartment. It’s really deceiving to mention that there’s access to elevator.
Also, the app to access the property is useful but requires a bunch of personal information.
