Almost everything. The villa is located in a very nice and quiet village. The villa is very well equipped; basically is has everything you may need to feel at home. We appreciated the many bedrooms and bathrooms of the house; it was very convenient for the size of our group. Moreover, as there was an elder person with us, it was quite good to have one bedroom in the ground floor, next to a bathroom with a shower plate instead of a bathtub (easier to step in for an elder). All the spaces are generous and adequately furnished. The kitchen has plenty of utensils, cutlery, and dishes. The bedrooms and beds were comfortable. The wardrobes had plenty of space to put stuff in. The outside areas (terraces, balconies, pool) were a beautiful addition to have some extra sun after a cold night. The villa has its own parking place, which is convenient in case you are around with a rented car. Last but not least, the communication with the manager was very smooth; we arrived one day later than expected (due to a strike at airports), and he easily accommodated our change of plans.
The villa feels particularly humid and cold (we were there in April). The A/C helped in heating up the spaces, but the humidity made it less comfortable than it could be. In the area there are insects, probably normally for the kind of location, close to nature. The house was equipped with nets, insect traps, and repellents, but once in a while couple of insects were making it through.
There was update on a touristic tax (so, extra fee) that Booking didn't consider. The owner explained us about that tax, and that it was responsibility of Booking for (not) updating it. We acknowledge this is not the owner's fault, but we just want to raise this for potential guests to be informed in case something similar happens to them.

Quiet and peaceful, very private. Property manager was helpful and full of suggestions for our stay. Equipment was more than adequate, but beds were a little hard for us. Location was excellent for all of the places we wanted to visit in the area, would recommend.

Wonderful villa in a beautiful location! We really enjoyed our stay here, Andrea was happy to assist with any questions we had very promptly.
Villa was nice and clean when we arrived and the pool/hot tub was regularly checked by the gardeners.
Spilia is quite remote (and we went out of season) so there was only the one restaurant open in walking distance, although the food there was really good and great value so it wasn't too much of an issue!
Hosts gave lots of information on recommended places to visit whilst holidaying and assisted with hire car for a bargain price!
